James Madden has been practicing family law since 2002 with an emphasis in the areas of child custody and visitation; spousal and child support; and division of community property, assets and debts. James routinely handles the most turbulent of domestic violence circumstances which commonly occur during dissolutions. Madden & Associates represents and sorts through criminal issues that are intertwined in the dissolution process.

I have been working with James Madden for over a year. My case is complicated and my X mis-states facts in both mediation and court, which adds a lot of stress. But Jim assured me that the truth would prevail. My son came for vacation decided he didn’t want to return to his mother on account of home life and new boyfriend she hit me with emergency custody and was informed by her sneaky lawyer day before court James was the only lawyer out of about 20 who felt he could help me everyone else said I was going to lose because I was a convicted felon and she was a cop i was granted temp custody till next court hearing I personally felt I was going to have to give up my son his mother made me look real bad but James saw through the false claims and got me custody of my son I was real pleased with his performance I wouldn’t have my son if not for him…. He is a great lawyer – would highly recommend him….
